Often times when talking about "people" the first thought is "the normal employee" but often times forget that even top management are just people who need help along the way and have the benefits of the people in the company in their mind but often cant act or show their good intentions.

With a long career in classic companies with multi level hierarchies and hidden political structures and agendas I learned to prioritize the values of communication and transparency with a certain focus on improvement and customer needs.

Equipped with experiences from working in small projects to leading responsibilites in international sized project, and the chance to learn from many experienced mentors and role models, I learned to adapt certain processes, best practices and agile frameworks for any specific setting accommodating to the leading personalites of projects to generate innovative values for customers.

Private life: An active boxer and sport enthusiast with a nerdy touch when nobody is looking and always looking for the next culinary experience but also thankful for lazy sundays spend with friends and family with a good coffee.
